Please bring cash to the fest. You will exchange your cash for tickets when you arrive at the fest that may be used for food and beverages.

Chicken Dinner – $11

1/2 chicken BBQ’d whole on a spit over wood charcoal. Includes roasted potatoes and Serbian style green beans with slices of bread. Choose to add a Sarma roll for additional $3.

Sarma Dinner (Stuffed Cabbage Rolls) – $13

Two cabbage rolls stuffed with mixture of ground beef and pork, hardwood smoked bacon, rice, tomato sauce, garlic, and onions. Includes roasted potatoes and Serbian style green beans with slices of bread.

Pig Dinner – $14

BBQ’d whole on the spit over wood charcoal. Includes roasted potatoes and green beans with slices of bread. Choose to add a Sarma roll for additional $3.

Lamb Dinner – $15

BBQ’d whole on the spit over wood charcoal.Includes roasted potatoes and green beans with slices of bread. Choose to add a Sarma roll for additional $3.

Outdoor Grill – Served under the grill tents

Pljeskavica Dinner – $12

Traditional Serbian hamburger made with minced pork and beef, fresh onions, and special seasonings. Served on a pita bread with grilled onions and kajmak (cream cheese/butter mix) and cole slaw.

Full Raznici Dinner – $13

10 pieces of succulent marinated pork kabob skewers with grilled onions and peppers. Served on pita bread with feta and coleslaw.

1/2 Raznici Dinner – $7

5 pieces of succulent marinated pork kabob skewers with grilled onions and peppers. Served on pita bread with feta and coleslaw.

Full Cevap Dinner – $13

8 pieces of Serbian specialty sausages made from finely minced mixture of pork and beef with seasonings. Served with bread, feta cheese, fresh diced onion, and coleslaw.

1/2 Cevap Dinner – $7

4 pieces of Serbian specialty sausages made from finely minced mixture of pork and beef with seasonings. Served with bread, feta cheese, fresh diced onion, and coleslaw.

Cevap/Raznici Combo Dinner – $13

4 cevaps and one kabob skewer with 5 pieces of marinated pork. Served with bread, feta cheese, and coleslaw.

Bakery Items

Coffee – $1

Serbian Specialty Pastries and Cookies – $3

Assorted pastries and cookies all homemade: waffle cookies made with butter, others coated with nuts or sugar, some layered with nuts, & apricot & topped with meringue. Kifles filled with apricot.

Strudel or Nutroll Slice – $3

Choose either strudel or nutroll by-the-slice.

Krofne (Serbian Donut)- $2

A light & fluffy donut with the slightest hint of lemon. They can be plain or sugar coated.

Palacinke – $3

Reminiscent of a crepe, it can be filled with jelly (apricot or strawberry) or a combination of cottage cheese &  cream cheese (or just cheeses) & then baked with a sour cream topping.

Whole Strudels – $13

Handmade. Choose among flavors fillings: Apple, Cherry, Cheese (sweet with added sugar), Salty Cheese, Spinach with cottage cheese.  The salty cheese & spinach are the savory flavors.  The apple, cherry, & sweet cheese are the sweet flavors.

Whole Nutrolls – $14

Homemade dough rolled & filled with walnuts.
